Ask a question
You phrase your legal question in natural language — just as you would to a colleague.
Artificial intelligence for legal excellence.
IURIX is a Vienna-based legal-tech company. We build AI tools that search official Austrian and European legal databases and deliver exclusively source-based, cited answers.
In three steps
You phrase your legal question in natural language — just as you would to a colleague.
RICI searches the official legal databases in parallel — from federal and state law through case law, legislative materials, Findok and collective agreements to EU legislation, EU case law and ECtHR case law. Queries are anonymised before processing.
You receive a structured answer in which every statement is linked to its original source.
Source binding
RICI does not deliver loose hits but substantiated statements: every sentence carries its sources, every citation leads with a single click to the original source. Where no supporting source exists, the system stays silent.
Claims arising from recurring obligations generally become time-barred after three years; the decisive point is when they fall due.
What sets RICI apart
RICI understands legal terms, synonyms and cross-references. Hybrid retrieval combines keyword precision with semantic depth — you ask freely, and RICI also finds what does not match word for word.
Natural language · Semantic search · Keyword precision
Every statement is tied to a concrete source — section, margin number, case number. Where no supporting source exists, the system stays silent.
Inline citations · Direct link to the original source · No invented sources
Queries are anonymised before processing. All models run on EU servers. No training on your queries. A data processing agreement is available.
EU servers · Anonymisation · No training · DPA
The legal corpus is continuously updated. Legislative amendments and new decisions are added promptly. Every source leads directly to the original citation.
Current versions · Periodic synchronisation · Direct links to the primary source

Data protection
Every query is automatically anonymised before processing. Personal data — names, case numbers, addresses — are removed before they reach the AI model.
All AI models used run on EU servers. Personal data does not leave the European Union.
Your queries are not used to train AI models. Anonymised queries are stored temporarily for quality assurance and deleted regularly.
